Basma Hosam

Basma Hosam is a children’s book illustrator who graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo. Basma’s books have been published to many countries, such as Egypt, America, Britain, Turkey, Lebanon, the Emirates and others.

Her book “Something Looking for Itself” won the Abdulaziz Mansour Publishing Award as the best children’s book. Basma worked with Oxford University as part of an Arabic language development project.
