Jurg Obrist

After training to become a photo-retoucher, Obrist completed her studies at the Art School of Zürich as a professional photographer in 1975. In 1976 she moved to New York City, and began to work as an illustrator. In 1978 her first children‘s book was published. Since then she has illustrated and also written numerous books for children and youth, while also illustrating for various magazines.
