One of the things that excites children the most is receiving gifts, especially if they are unique and different.

When their cousin Ruby visits, she brings animal-themed costumes for Jad, Tala, and Zozo. They are thrilled with the gifts, and Tala suggests that they write a story and film it. When they go out to the garden to start filming, Jalal joins them to be the photographer and director.

They begin filming, but Zozo disrupts the scene every time, which frustrates Tala because he doesn’t know how to act. He ends up becoming Jalal’s assistant in the filming. Finally, Mama calls them all to have a nice dinner.

• If you were to buy a costume, which character would you choose and why?
• Have you ever acted in a play or performed at school or at home? Talk about your role and the character you portrayed.
